The home is set over 3 levels, in addition to the rooftop terrace and a private basement double lockup garage.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a huge outdoor deck, as well as a
spacious living area and superb master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the
ocean, tree line and bird life.
The bottom level allows for separate living as it features its own lounge room (which
leads out to the pool), two bedrooms, bathroom and fridge. This level is ideal for a second
family or a teenager retreat.
The Beach House is a short walk to a beautiful patrolled beach, playground, shops and
restaurants. The nearby walking/cycling track alongside the coastal beach provides easy
access to the cafes of Mudjimba, Marcoola Beach or Yaroomba.

Getting Around:
Perfectly located, 7 minutes from Maroochydore Airport, you can fly in from anywhere and stay as long as you like.
You will find the Beach House centrally located, with Coolum Beach & Noosa Heads to the north, then Mooloolaba & Caloundra to the south.
Bus stops are located nearby to catch a local service and avoid the worry about parking.
Boardwalk for bike rides or easy walking trails.
Other Things to Note:
The Beach House is spread over 3 levels plus the garage and the roof top terrace - while this abundance of space is great for most it does make the Beach House unsuitable for people who are unable to negotiate stairs.
No School Leavers Allowed. Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
